I deeply appreciate the option to do a split shot of Espresso and Piccolo for the full tasting experience. Moreover, I can comfortably recommend Oide for Pour-overs explorers as well as enthusiasts. Across several visits, I noticed consistently excellent execution for bright and pleasant acidity and smooth viscosity for mouthfeel. Can’t end a review of Oide without their renowned matcha. Even knowing close to nothing about matcha, I could still quickly grasp the quality here. ”
“ This coffee shop specializes in making super high quality espresso consistently. When we went they only had two options for coffee beans. A high quality Brazilian coffee and another one that had been fermented in strawberry juice. The lattes (hot) only come in 5oz sizes. Cold drinks are slightly larger (9oz if I remember correctly). The lattes were both very amazing and used very high quality 3.25% fat grass fed locally sourced milk. The atmosphere is very nice and the pricing for coffee you sip instead of gulp is well worth it. About 5-7 for a latte. MATCHA ONLY SERVED ON WEEKDAYS - the barista told me that due to a limited supply of matcha and due to the time constraints to prepare each matcha serving correctly they only serve Matcha on Weekdays. You cannot get it on weekends. ”
